Tech Use Can Lead to Spinal Degeneration

I just saw 2 articles that I wanted to share with you. I will share the link below, but here is a one minute summary, to save you time. The first article is about some new research on how technology(phones, computers, …) use is causing spinal degeneration. The other article I saw talks about humans evolving to have “deformed bodies” from overusing tech. There is no doubt that our regular routines with office work and social media is degrading our health - spinal health, especially.

This is a major reminder about the benefits of chiropractic treatment and how it can help maintain the spine. Keeping the vertebrae of the spine moving and healthy with chiropractic treatment can slow the degenerative process. It can fight back against tech neck and the humps that form on our back from looking at a computer or phone all day.

There has never been a more important time to do chiropractic maintenance treatment. Getting adjustments, even just once per month, can greatly help with these things. Some people may require even fewer adjustments per year to help slow the degenerative process that is happening in many of us - some people may require more. Feel free to talk to me if you have any questions or concerns about this.
